Open Info Sessions in August

The first info session will be held at Reykjavík University on August 20, and the second will take place online on August 24. The sessions are open to anyone who wants to learn more about the accelerator, the application process, the target audience, and what participants get out of taking part.

Snjallræði is a university accelerator for social innovation. Teams receive targeted support to develop ideas, research, products, services, or projects further toward clearer solutions, stronger execution, and realistic next steps.

Who are the info sessions for?
The info sessions are well suited for teams who are wondering whether Snjallræði is the right fit for their idea. They're also useful for those who aren't quite sure whether their project is far enough along, whether it fits the accelerator's focus areas, or how best to approach the application.

Snjallræði is aimed especially at university students and staff, research teams, scientists, entrepreneurs, and startups connected to the university community. University-affiliated projects are given priority, but the accelerator is also open to strong teams outside the universities working on ideas with social value.

Participation from people all across the country is especially encouraged. That's why an online info session will also be offered on August 24, so that interested teams can learn about Snjallræði regardless of location.
